When to contact us

We welcome correspondence from healthcare professionals, certified first responders, educators, community leaders, and readers in the following categories:

1. Factual and medical corrections

We hold our content to strict verification standards against guidance from recognized international and national health and safety bodies, including the American Heart Association (AHA), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

If you spot a number, clinical recommendation, time threshold, or step that differs from current official guidance: - Include the exact URL of the guide. - Specify the sentence or recommendation in question. - Cite the official guideline, study, or standard operating procedure with a reference link. - Correction reports involving medical, life safety, or toxicological steps receive top priority and are evaluated promptly.

2. Proposing new emergency topics

Our mission is to cover every urgent crisis an individual, family, or business might face, regardless of scale. If there is a life emergency, disaster situation, domestic hazard, or workplace crisis not yet covered in our manual, please let us know. We prioritize topics that: - Involve immediate danger to life, health, or property. - Lack calm, step-by-step public documentation online. - Can be solved or mitigated with practical, verified personal actions.

3. Translation and localization feedback

Emergency Guide is translated across multiple languages, including Spanish, French, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, and Portuguese. While our translations are guided by specialized glossaries, regional idioms and terminology vary. If you find a phrase that could be more natural or accurate in your native language, please send us your suggested phrasing.

4. Community and educational use

Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT), Medical Reserve Corps (MRC), schools, scouting units, and noncommercial civic groups are welcome to print and distribute our guides for offline disaster kits and training workshops. If you represent an organization seeking guidance on printing or offline deployment, feel free to reach out.
